PRODUCTS
1. Can I purchase a sample?
Yes, you are able to purchase a sample. 1pc exsiting sample is free, you cover the shipping cost only. However, the customized sample need sample fee, different item different sample cost, we will quote you when we receive your detail request.
2. Can I order different items together?
Yes, you can add your favorite items to chart and submit the order, we will check the amount and give you the discount, our sales will contact with you within 24hours to confirm the final order. Yes! Bigger order, bigger discount!
You are able to order different customized items, please send your idea and design to us, and tell us what items you need, our designer will make whole visuals to you within 48hours, once the visuals confirmed, we will quote you to move forward.
Noted: All your designs will be protected well, and we can sign NDA with you if needed.
3.An item I am interested in is out of stock. How can I be notified when it becomes available?
Don't worry, you can send the item website link via email (directweddinggifts@yeah.net) to us, our sales will take notes and inform you when we have restocked.
4.Do you sell SVG or artwork files for your designs?
Thanks for asking! No. We do not sell our artwork or designs or allow third-parties to recreate our designs in any way without prior permission. Our artwork is 100% original and copyrighted. We never copy or imitate other's designs and ask that you show us the same respect. Please do not reproduce our artwork.
5.Can I use your images?
Once you are be our customers, you will be authorised to download all of our images.
6.Can I get photos or video to confirm the goods before shipment?
Yes, our salesman will send the photos and video of your order for your confirmation before shipping if needed.
PACKAGING
1. What kind package I will receive?
Ready to ship orders all have existing package, you can view the package picture from each item showed in our website.
2. Can I change the package or customized package?
Of course, you are able to ask for changing the package or order customized package, just contact with our salesman, we will advise you the solution soon.
3. Can I ask you to post barcode or any sticker on the package and carton box?
Yes, please send your design of barcode sticker to us, we only charge you the barcode sticker making fee, but posting labour is free.
4. Do you have experience to pack items based on AMAZON request?
Yes, We are very familiar with Amazon's packaging requirements, and all packaging and labeling will be operated according to Amazon's requirements if you needed.
SHIPPING
1.How long will it take to receive my items?
'Ready to ship' orders placed with standard shipping are guaranteed to ship within 1-3 business days, however most orders ship on the next business day. It then takes an additional 5 - 50 days for delivery depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Furthermore, customized orders, the production time is different due to items.
If you need your order urgently, we offer expedited shipping options by DHL express. Normally, we suggest you to ship the goods by air or sea.
2.What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer the following shipping methods .Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.
DHL: 5-8days
by Air (door to door): 8-15days
by Fast boat (door to door): 25-35days
by General boat (door to door): 45-55days
3.Do you guarantee delivery dates?
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date as we have no control over packages after we hand them over to the shipping carrier. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. Thank you for understanding!
PAYMENT
1.What currency is displayed on the website?
We display all prices in USD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from USD to your country's currency. Depending on your country's currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account. Similarly, all refunds will be issued in USD and will be converted to your country’s currency when processing through your bank.
2.What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Bank T/T. Almost, we only accept Bank T/T transfer if order amount over USD1000.
3. What's the payment term?
'Ready to ship' order must 100% payment done before shipment;
Customized order accept 30% deposit payment before production, 70% balance payment after the goods be finished, and the shipping cost can be paid with balance payment.
4. What are your shipping cost?
Depanding on goods quantity and shipping method. We will advise you the shipping cost once all goods prepare to ship. Over 16years experiences, we have accumulated many freight forwarding companies with competitive prices, and are also DHL's big VIP with the highest discount prices.
5. If I place big customized order, can I get the sample cost refund?
Yes, we will refund the sample cost if order amount over USD3000, Except for a few products with particularly high price.
RETURNS
1.Can I return the personalized goods?
Every item that you purchase from us is custom made for YOU. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.Of course, before ordering, we will communicate with you very seriously and meticulously, and confirm all details of your order carefully and sign Purchase Invoice with you.In the event there was a mistake or error with your order that was our fault (it is possible, we're all human) please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt and we'll check and reach the final solution with you.
